Roy has a broad legal background that includes civil and criminal court work, corporate and commercial transactions, property law, and, most notably, wills and estate planning. He specialises in drafting complex wills and providing detailed advice on estate planning, including care home cost issues and strategies to mitigate inheritance tax.
In addition to his legal expertise, Roy has high-level commercial experience outside of legal practice. He served as Chief Executive of a company backed by prominent Scottish business figures, gaining insights that enhance his ability to assist clients in achieving their goals.
