As a former Chairman and current Director, he is well-versed in guiding high net worth clients through intricate estate matters, including complex family arrangements. Known for his calm demeanor and extensive knowledge of the law, Duncan is a trusted advisor who consistently delivers reliable and thoughtful solutions to his clients' most sensitive needs.
Duncan was born and raised in Kirkwall and studied law at the University of Aberdeen before returning home to train with T P & J L Low (as it then was) in 1983. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1984. Outside work his interests include traditional music and he is a long standing member of Kirkwall City Pipe Band.
