Based at the property shop on Broad Street, Andrew plays a vital role in the firm’s success, overseeing the sale of more properties than any other agent in Orkney. He travels extensively across the islands, conducting pre-sale valuations, preparing property particulars, and leading accompanied viewings. His work often includes trips to outlying islands, where he enjoys the scenic ferry rides and flights on the 8-seater Loganair planes.
Andrew works closely with selling clients to ensure their properties are presented in the best possible light, advising on obtaining Home Reports and developing effective marketing strategies. For buyers, he and his team facilitate searches for ideal properties from both Lows and other agents, guiding clients through the offering process, including fixed price properties and closing dates. Andrew collaborates closely with the conveyancing solicitors at Lows to provide a seamless “one-stop shop” experience, coordinating proactive marketing efforts across Rightmove, the firm’s website, and social media.
Outside of work, Andrew is a keen golfer and a former captain of Orkney Golf Club
