The practice and all of our practising solicitors are members of and regulated by the Law Society of Scotland.

The Law changes and develops at great speed – new legislation and regulations continuously emanate from the Scottish Parliament, Westminster and Europe and daily our courts issue new rulings and interpretations of the Law. As Solicitors our primary task is to help our clients to understand how the Law may impact on their lives.

All of our Solicitors undertake ongoing professional development to ensure that we keep abreast of changes in the Law and legal practice and we utilise the most up-to-date available legal resources and case management systems across all of our practice areas.

We have sufficient experience and expertise to advise clients in most areas of the Law and we have excellent relationships with other firms of Solicitors and with Advocates which enable us to bring in specialist input in cases where this is needed.

As Solicitors in Scotland we are not able to give advice on the Law in other jurisdictions be that England & Wales or further afield but we are able to refer clients to lawyers in other jurisdictions when the need arises.
