Welcome to the Lows website. We are a legal practice based in Kirkwall, Orkney. We were established in 1894 and whilst we’re proud of our heritage we also know that our clients need thoroughly up-to-date solutions to all their legal and financial services needs.
On our website you’ll find out more about who we are and the services we offer our clients. We’ve designed the site to make it easy to contact us and we welcome enquires and feedback by e-mail. On average over thirty thousand people visit this site every month and as well as information about our practice we also hope that we can tell you a little more about the unique group of islands where we work.
Although we’re committed to serving the needs of our Orkney clients by being based in the community and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of island life we act for clients throughout the world. We were in the forefront of legal practices to embrace the opportunities offered by new technology and e-business and we believe that as lawyers it’s fundamental we use the tools of the 21st century to build on the values and integrity that have guided the firm into this, the third century of its existence.
