As Solicitors our clients often ask us to represent and speak for them in meetings or hearings. These can include, for example, employment hearings, Childrens Hearings and local authority planning hearings.
We have extensive experience and in many cases are able to secure a satisfactory outcome for clients through negotiation which avoids the need for any formal hearing.
In certain cases legal aid funding may be available to assist with costs.
